K-Series Swap Kit Bolt Lengths

This page is to show which bolts go where with our K swap kit.

How to Measure

Bolts are measured starting under the head, to the end of the threads. A 70mm bolt is shown there:

IMPORTANT: Due to supply issues some of the bolts supplied in your kit may be 5-10mm longer than the lengths listed here.

NOTE: One of the 20mm bolts shown in the following picture will need a M8x1.25 nutsert installed on the 88-89 chassis only.

NOTE: One of the bolts will poke down into the fender well. Use the supplied oversized fender washer as shown:

NOTE: K24 requires the extra spacer and longer bolts:

Left Mount Bracket

Note: K24 requires extra spacers and longer bolts:

Front Mount Bracket

The front mount bracket is part of the traction bar:

NOTE: When using a K24 block with the RSX front mount there may be a small gap behind the top mount bolt hole. Snug the lower 2 bolts and check for the gap:

NOTE: The gap here could vary, use a 12mm washer as needed to fill the gap. Failure to use a washer here may cause the cast aluminum mount to crack when you tighten the bolt:
