Fits: 88-91 Prelude
Installing our 22mm rear sway (anti-roll) bar on your Prelude will reduce understeer and increase handling. Making for a more enjoyable driving experience and better lap times. A stiffer rear sway bar is one of the best handling modifications you can do on a front-wheel drive car.
Here is how this new 22mm rear sway bar compares to the stock and Whiteline (discontinued) rear sway bars.
Bar torsional stiffness (approximate):
- Stock 17mm: 91 (Lbs/In)
- Whiteline 20mm: 175 (Lbs/In)
- Prelude Engineering LLC 22mm: 268 (Lbs/In)
This kit includes:
- 22mm rear sway/anti-roll bar
- Chassis mount spacers
- Energy Suspension bar mount bushings
- New bolts for the chassis mounts
Attention: End Links are not included in the base kit. Upgraded (stronger) rear end links are an optional upgrade.
Additional bushings: If you need new bushings for the sway bar arms you can use SuperPro SPF1531K.

Fitting info and disclaimer:
This bar may require trimming a small portion of the plastic fuel pipe splash guard if you car is low enough. A support bracket on the OE exhaust will need to be trimmed as well.
We can't guarantee fit/clearance for any aftermarket/custom exhaust. Your exhaust routing or hanger may need to be adjusted.
