K-Series Swap Header Fitment Information

May 10th 2026

No known factory K-series header will fit on a 3rd gen Prelude K-swap. This is because on factory K-series cars the header is angled to pass over the top of the subframe/engine cradle. This make the header tubes interfere heavily with the 3rd gen subframe.

For this swap you will want to use a "94-01 Integra" K-swap header. There are several options but only some are viable without excessive cutting of the rear subframe. Not all headers are shown here right now. More will be added if we get our hands on them.

Headers that fit directly or require slight cutting:

Skunk2 - This header fits without any mods:

KTuned - This header requires trimming some of the lip on the rear subframe but fits real good otherwise:

Headers that don't fit well and require lots of cutting:

DC Sports - Two of the tubes on this header interfere heavily with the subframe, it would require cutting out a large chunk of the subframe. It also interferes with the rear mount backet adapter. A total no-go:

PLM / DNA / GENERIC - This style seems to be sold under a few different brands but the design is mostly the same. Two of the tubes on this style header interfere heavily with the subframe. Unless you got it free and have fabrication skills it's probably not worth trying to fit it:
